We are a small, all-natural farm located in the shadows of the Green Mountains of Southern Vermont.

Touch Of Peace Farm is raising farm fresh Vermont vegetables, free range eggs, and maple syrup. We are a small, all-natural farm located in the shadows of the Green Mountains of Southern Vermont. Our vegetables are grown on rich valley floodplain were our healthy, rich soil produces high quality and extremely tasty produce. We invite you to stop in and pay us a visit if you are visiting the area.

We are not a huge CSA distributing commodity vegetables. We offer a smaller selection of the highest quality organic vegetables--often heirloom varieties--that are never sprayed and are grown with as few off-farm inputs as possible. We produce all of the products we sell; maple syrup, eggs, and vegetables, with love and care. We stand behind the quality of our products and protect the welfare of the animals, land, and forests that produce them.

What do I get each week?
Our CSA membership is $300-$400 (sizes vary) for a 15 week share running from the week of June 12 through the middle of September. This basic membership covers 15 weeks of Non certified organic vegetables. You will receive 8 items a week

What is a vegetable item?
One vegetable item does not necessarily mean one vegetable. For example, one item might equal two pounds of zucchini, summer squash, or cucumbers- enabling you to mix and match the items you would like that week. A sample share or "8 item" week might be:
(1) two pounds of tomatoes
(2) one bunch of onions
(3, 4) two greens- choose from lettuce, escarole, kale, chard, or salad
(5) two pounds of zucchini, summer squash or cucumbers
(6) one pound of peppers or eggplant
(7) one bunch fennel or radishes
(8) one bunch herbs: basil, cilantro, or dill This comes to "eight items," but way more than eight vegetables! This way you can mix and match much of your share, maybe choosing chard or zucchini one week, but not getting stuck with it every week. Also, be aware that the size of your share will vary through the season. At the beginning of the year, your share may contain only 6 or 7 items, but be assured that in late summer, your share will contain 10 or so items

The fine print
This share will run for 15weeks, from June 12 through September . By signing up for this CSA, I understand that farming is weather dependent. Growing conditions are, by nature, unpredictable. My farmers will strive to produce as much fresh, healthy food as they can. Joining a CSA means joining with the risks, as well as the rewards, of farming in Vermont. I understand that should the season not turn out as planned, a refund is not guaranteed.
